Kirkiri Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

Welcome to Kirkiri. These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the Kirkiri platform and its users. By using Kirkiri's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Kirkiri is Bangladesh's online gaming and Sports Betting platform, operating under an international gaming license. We are committed to transparency and fairness in everything we do. • Withdrawal requests will only be processed via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Kirkiri reserves the right to review suspicious transactions as part of its anti-money laundering measures.
• Multiple payment numbers under the same person are not permitted.
• Withdrawals may be held if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

Kirkiri regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed:

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only. Available once only.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered at a specified multiplier — typically between 10x and 30x.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.

• Bonuses on multiple accounts: If the same person claims bonuses across multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed.
• Bonus Abuse: If bonus hacking or arbitrage betting is detected, your account will be suspended and any winnings will be forfeited.

• You can set your own deposit limit, session limit, and loss limit at any time.
• You can take a temporary break (Self-Exclusion) at any time.

• Users under 18 are prohibited from creating an account or playing any games — Kirkiri maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy on this.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kirkiri and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Creating an account using a fake or someone else's identity
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion
• Hacking, manipulation, or unauthorized access to platform systems
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Theft of another user's information or fraud
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Spreading false information about Kirkiri

Kirkiri reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided
• If a suspicious or fraudulent transaction is detected
• If the user submits a Self-Exclusion request
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

Upon account closure, any funds remaining in the user's wallet (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. However, if fraud is established, the entire balance may be forfeited.

Kirkiri takes the protection of your personal data seriously. Under our data protection policy:

• Your data will never be sold to third parties.
• All data is secured with 128-bit SSL encryption.

• Information may be disclosed in response to valid requests from legal authorities.

Kirkiri is not liable for:

• Losses caused by technical errors or server outages
• Losses in games or bets due to internet disconnection
• Issues with the user's own device or software
• Delays from Third-Party Payment Gateways
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, and similar circumstances

That said, Kirkiri always strives to resolve any issues quickly and keep the user experience smooth.

Kirkiri reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• A clear notice will be published on the website.
• Registered users will receive in-app notifications.
• Significant changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance.
